What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We quality-check each and every product we sell.
Are any purchases final sale?
We don't accept change of mind returns - but all manufacturing defects or product issues are fully covered by your product warranty.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your cases manufactured?
Our cases are designed, 3D Printed & Laser Cut in Brisbane, Australia!
Why are your cases 3D Printed?
With backgrounds in industrial design and digital manufacturing, we knew that 3D printing was the best option to deliver a customisable, strong, and reliable design—and at the lowest possible price. We’re perfectionists, and we’re confident the quality and strength of our prints rival or even exceed what you’d find in injection‑molded products. Every piece is carefully checked before it ships, and anything less than perfect is recycled.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At launch, we have decided to only ship domestically within Australia. We are currently assessing the best way to ship to international customers. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know when international shipping is available.
We’re committed to sustainability
We take sustainability seriously, because making great products shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. Every bit of waste generated during our process, is carefully collected and kept out of landfill.
We’ve partnered with local recycling specialists, Infilament, to give that material a second life. They process our PLA waste and turn it back into usable filament, helping close the loop on production and reduce overall impact.
If a case becomes damaged or reaches the end of its life, customers can return it to us so it can be properly recycled. Instead of ending up in the bin, your old case becomes part of something new. It’s a small detail, but it helps reduce unnecessary waste and keeps perfectly good materials in use.
It’s all part of our effort to build products that last longer, waste less, and tread lighter, so your collection is protected, and the environment is too.
